CEC is a park lover, hockey player, professional laugher, one-way penpal, and self-appointed canva wizard living on Treaty 1 Territory. The 26-year-old artist and producer uniquely blends contemporary RnB and neo-soul while writing in both English and Spanish. CEC finds confidence in expressing their true self, which is why they feel liberated in writing more explicitly queer music.

CEC is passionate about working with and helping to facilitate creative practices by underrepresented and emerging artists, and has spent 5+ years working with organizations that align with such passions. They’ve lived in Canada, the US, and Spain, and practice creativity through music.
